Dr P K Larmour BDS MBChB MFDS RCS (Ed)I qualified from Dundee University in 1998. My first job was in Bathgate where I completed my vocational training in 1999. After which I worked as a dental practitioner in Edinburgh. I began my hospital career in 2000 at Pinderfields hospital, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, where I worked in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery. I gained my membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgeons at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2001. The following year I entered medical school at Dundee University qualifying as a medical doctor in 2005. I completed my Foundatioin Training in the West Coast of Scotland in 2007. At this point in my career I decided to make a life changing decision and went back to general dental practice. Within two years of returning to dental practice services, I purchased my current practice in Renfrew. The last few years I have been training in implantology, sedation and facial cosmetic treatment. The practice has recently been given approval as a training practice and I have been accepted as a dental trainer. The practice provides mostly NHS general dental services apart from Orthodontics.
